Introduction
Zheng is a professor of operations management and an associate dean at CKGSB. He is also a professor of operations and information management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he has taught at the undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. levels.
He is frequently invited to speak at major international academic and industrial conferences.

Achievements
Zheng is an associate editor at Operations Research and Management Science. He has also served on the editorial board of Manufacturing and Service Operations Management.
He has provided consulting service to multinational companies such as IBM, Teradyne, Voice of Europe, Corporate Decisions, and Vanguard Group.
