Introduction

Liu Tingjun received a PhD in Physics from University of Virginia and a PhD in Financial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include auction theory, theoretical corporate finance, Risk Management,  Mergers and Acquisitions. He has taught Managerial Finance, Corporate Finance, Introduction to Finance, and Principles of Finance.
