Introduction
Xue is a professor of accounting at Cheung Kong. He received his Ph.D. from the University of the Southwest in China and his post-doctorate from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Prior to joining Cheung Kong, Xue was the founding associate dean and an accounting professor at Shanghai National Accounting Institute. Earlier, he served as associate dean in the accounting department of Shanghai Financial College and general secretary for the Chinese Accounting Professors Association.

Achievements
Xue is associate director for the Shanghai Accounting Appraisal Center, a member of the Continued Education Textbooks Committee of Chinese CPA Association, and the editor and advisor for several academic journals. He also serves as an independent board director for several companies listed in Hong Kong and mainland China.
